In order to decide to take on a patient, we have to understand your needs and have confidence that we will get the result we both want. If Dr. Gutierrez doesn’t think that a patient can get at least a 50% improvement, he would rather not do the surgery; he is not afraid to say no if absolutely necessary. He would rather make a friend than have an unhappy patient.
